I didn't get my code

Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is typed correctly. If nothing arrives in a few minutes, ask for a new code or write to us.

How do I open the UNI feed?

Tap UNI in the feed and type your university email. We send you a code, and once you enter it UNI opens. If your university isn't there yet, write to us.

How do I report a post, a comment or a person?

Tap the three dots on a post or profile, or press and hold a comment, and choose Report. For anything urgent, write to hello@thespiralapp.com.

My post was removed

When we remove something, the app shows you the reason and a button to appeal. A person reads every appeal.

Delete your account

You can delete your Spiral account and its data whenever you want.

In the app

1. Open Spiral and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings, then “Account & security”.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm with the code we send to your email.

If you no longer have the app

Send an email to hello@thespiralapp.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”.
